Pre/Post Natal Training

Exercise during Pregnancy has been proven to help delivery of the baby and to keep the mother and foetus healthy throughout.

Some women may experience embarrassment or discomfort during their pregnancy or simply worried to put their baby under any risk and therefore avoid exercise and if you are one of them, fear not.

Karina will guide you through save and effective exercises appropriate for each trimester with particular focus on pelvic floor muscles, core and breathing to help assist your delivery.

The training will usually involve elements of Pilates combined with light resistance training to keep your body strong and fit throughout your pregnancy. As soon as you are ready to exercise after giving birth i’ll help you lose any excess baby weight and get your core strong and your tummy tight.

Exercise referral

Have you been diagnosed with Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Stress, Anxieties or any other lifestyle illnesses that effect your general well-being?

Do you discover joint pain or lower back pain because by excess weight or poor posture?
Karina can help you relieve those symptoms and improve your quality of life!

As an Exercises Referral Specialist she will be working alongside your GP to design a bespoke Training and Nutrition programme to help relieve those symptoms.

You do not need to get a doctors note before embarking on your programme but it may be useful to have a report when designing a bespoke programme.

If you have been diagnosed with a lifestyle illness it is possible to receive reimbursement from NHS, please contact your local GP to discuss this.
