Pilates

Pilates is excellent for core strength, improves posture and breathing and aids flexibility and joint mobility - just to list a few benefits.

If you suffer from lower back pain, tension in neck and shoulders, feel stiff or ‘off-balance” mentally or physically - you’ll love Pilates!

With many years of experience Karina will guide you through a range of safe and effective Pilates exercises to achieve a strong body and core as well as optimal flexibility in all major joints.
She offers bespoke Pilates courses for Dancers, Pre/post natal clients, Injury rehabilitation, and Lower back pain.

1:1 and group Pilates are currently available at various venues in Auckland but home visits, workshops or courses at specific venues can be arranged too.

Dance

Alongside teaching and working professionally as a Contemporary Dancer for several years, Karina had the pleasure of teaching too. As a graduate from Northern School of Contemporary Dance she majored in “Dance in Education” and has since then taught anything from Ballet to Street Dance - children, adults and young people with learning disabilities.

Karina now specialises in Barre which is a unique method combining principles of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates to stretch and strengthen your muscles in a fun and effective way.
She currently teach Barre at various venues in Auckland, but corporate or private group sessions can be arranged too upon request.
